almost every year something bad happens to me and my family here are 3 of my worst stories that have happened.
2004: I was about 8-9 years old when this happened, my dad was lighting fireworks in the back yard and he loaded up one of those one shot thuderkings. he lite it up and the "king" fell over and was aiming straight for me it fired i managed to duck in time but the chair i was sitting in wasn't so lucky. to this day it still has a burn hole in it.
2008: a couple of fireworks days ago my aunt was sitting in a lawn chair on the side of the road enjoying the fire works when some idiots on the other side of the road lit a firework and chucked it in, a few moments later bang! a piece of concrete few up and hit her in the stomach i think she needed to have surgery but I'm not sure why.
2010: just this year my dad was lighting an 8 shot thunder king (we seem to have a bad rep with these things) on the court and the first 3 shots went fine then it tipped over and 5 shots blasted into our trailer, car and one hit my dads motorbike(he wasn't happy with that).
so there 3 reasonably bad things that happened to me, see ya.

5 stupid things to do with fireworks
.1 don't light a firework in your house
.2 don't light in a drain [my cousin did this once and the WHOLE drain blew up and injured about 5 people]
.3 never put a firework in the rim of a tyre[empty] [it can become really dangerous]
.4 this is kind of fun to do freeze some playdough with a hole in the middle. when the playdough is frozen put a firecracker in it and BOOM.
.5 this is a really stupid thing to do find an old couch and put heaps of fireworks under it
light em all up at once and run.

fireworks
Fireworks were used first used by the Chinese some 2000 years ago. According to history, fireworks were discovered by accident when a Chinese cook working in a kitchen happened to mix charcoal, sulphur and saltpeter. The mixture burned and when compressed in an enclosure (a bamboo tube), the mixture exploded. They then used this deadly mixture from everything to celebrations and weapons.
